I came in here with severe urinary urge and pain ( which I get whenever I did planks or intense workouts). From the very first interaction, they explained everything clearly and treated me very well. Under Ashok Sir’s guidance, I noticed significant improvement within just a few sessions. Each session was given with full dedication, sometimes even going beyond expectations( which I rarely seen in any other centers). By the end of the course, I was able to do planks without experiencing pain or urinary urge the next day. I strongly recommend this rehab center, especially for pelvic or uterus related issues.

I had a great experience at holistic pelvic floor rehab . Dr. Ashok is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and very patient with his approach. He carefully understands the problem and provides the right treatment plan, explaining each exercise clearly. The sessions were very effective, and I could see real improvement in a short time. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the overall environment is very comfortable for patients.
